THE IMPACT OF DYNAMIC AGILITY ORCHESTRATION RESOURCES ON THE RECOVERY OF SUNDA STRAIT COASTAL TOURISM ON GREEN ECONOMIC RECOVERY

This study seeks to: (1) address the issue of the weak coastal tourism recovery; and (2) reconcile the divergent conclusions of earlier studies on the impact of tourism on coastal tourism recovery. The research methodology included causal study, which looks for a cause-and-effect connection. Purposive sampling was used to choose the research populations, which were tourist actors in the Sunda Strait, Banten, Indonesia. Both quantitative and qualitative methods were used to analyze the data (mix method). Through the use of the IBM SPSS AMOS 21 (Analysis of Moment Structure) tool, descriptive analysis and testing of models and hypotheses were carried out. The Covid-19 epidemic and the impacts of the tsunami disaster were related These two things are the main factor for the crisis in the coastal tourism sector along the Sunda Strait, and such crisis is still difficult to recover. It was proven that Disaster Management had a significant positive effect on Tourism Crisis (H1); Dynamic Agility Orchestration Resources (H2), and Tourist visit (H3). Tourist visit had a significant positive effect on Dynamic Agility Orchestration Resources (H4) and Coastal Tourism Recovery (H8). Furthermore, Tourism Crisis had a significant positive effect on Coastal Tourism Recovery (H6). Dynamic Agility Orchestration Resources had a significant effect on Tourism Crisis (H5) and Coastal Tourism Recovery (H7).
