In the present business scenario, Communication has its own significance in transforming the information from one side of the world to the other side of the world. In this process of transforming the information, the key power rests with the organizations, as how effectively the information is transferred from the group at the work place by using the strategies of effective communication skills. Transferring the information from the group as a part of their correspondence either written or spoken is connected as to how effectively they use the language which acts as a bridge for smooth functioning of the organization. English is the language which is not only the universal spoken language, but it is also the primary language of the corporate world. A recently graduated student before entering into the business world need to identify the significance of English Language in order to be successful in achieving the goal. It helps in maintaining healthy business relationships which increases the sustainability and career progression in the workplace. Fluency in the English Language allows the people at the work place to be more confident during cross-cultural communication by improving the leadership qualities and increases the ability to relate with the other employees. Thus, English acts as a Global Language of Business World.
