Policy Network In Implementation of Gebrak Pakumis Program At Tangerang Regency

This study examines the Policy Network in the Implementation of the Joint People's Movement to Overcome Dense Slums and Poor Areas (Gebrak Pakumis) in Tangerang Regency. The problem in this research is that this program has a long procedure to be implemented and another problem is that people prefer to depend and rely on CSR programs. The theory used in this research is the policy network theory of Warden (1992). The research method uses qualitative research methods. The results of the study show that: (1) This program has basic principles in its application. (2) There is a predetermined strategy for the implementation of the Gebrak Pakumis program. (3) The implementation of Gebrak Pakumis Plus is carried out in areas that have criteria as residential areas or slums. (4) In the implementation of this program is carried out by several teams that have been determined. The conclusion of this research is The policy network implemented in the Gebrak Pakumis Program has referred to the concept of Waarden and has been identified from these aspects. but this program has not reached its target due to certain parts or aspects that have not been implemented as a whole such as there are still some interests that are affected by the regulation such as the interests of the community which indeed the Tangerang Regency Government must be ready to accommodate the interests of the community such as those related to the rules of action that are still biased for the interests of the community. beneficiaries (community).
