In addition, the study also considers the regulatory role of digital transformation strategies and information technology capacity for a number of other impacts in the research model. The official research sample includes 551 exporters of different industries in Vietnam. The results of the study show that independent variables all have a positive impact on the performance of the business. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the impact of high-quality human resource management in the context of digital transformation on the operational efficiency of exporters in particular and Vietnamese enterprises in general.
