In this paper, we will study the fractional order SEIRQV epidemic model to describe the transmission dynamics of Cov-Sars-2, the effect of the treatment and vaccination on the speed of spread, the impact of the environment on its spread, and when it ends. and the impact that has on sustainable development in Egypt[1]. we introduce in this paper, the existence, uniqueness, and boundedness of a nonnegative solution are considered in the proposed system. Then, we get the disease-free equilibrium point R_0 ,and the effective reproduction number (R_eff). the infectious diseases can be controlled if R_eff < 1, and the disease-free equilibrium point R_0 is locally asymptotically stable when the basic reproduction number R_0 < 1.
