The topic of green HRM has gained considerable attention in IT and Manufacturing sector in the recent days. This study aims to explore the effect of GHRM Policies and Practices in achieving workplace goals in environmental sustainability with reference to IT and Manufacturing Sector in Bangalore City. Despite the theoretically important role of GHRM, relatively little research has been discovered so far about this role particularly in IT and Manufacturing Sector. We contribute to fill this gap with the detailed literature review analysis on how IT and Manufacturing companies leveraging its GHRM Policies and Practices with reference to Bangalore City.
