The Article reveals the grows of Wheatgrass and Halothamnus subaphyllus (CAMey.) seeds in condition of laboratory and grassland. And theirs effects of forming and cultivation methods needs to be used for land reclamation, furthermore, benefits of exploitation of this land in cattle feeding. The natural grasslands are the main source of livestock feeding in farming in Uzbekistan. These lands are the cheapest source, and can be used all year around. But productivity of these lands is quite low and it totally depends on the weather, so differentiates in every season. In last years, due to misusing grasslands, over using in feeding livestock, destroying flora, geological and mining activities, etc., decreased usable fields down to 35-40 %. In addition, global warming, environmental problems and Aral Sea catastrophe speeded up this degradation. Cutting down Saxauls (Haloxylon ammodendron) and Wormwoods as firewood is another reason for deterioration of natural grasslands. The negative effects in pasturelands requires immediate actions needs to be taken, such as saving and diversifying its flora and fauna, rehabilitating the land by revegetation. So, a lot of researches have been done by Scientific-Research Institute of Karakul Sheep Breeding and Desert Ecology, such as some Central Asian flora samples have been planted in special plant nurseries and most stable in dry lands, the best productive and usable for cattle feeding variants have been selected. One of them is Wheatgrass. Furthermore, using already cultivated plants like Halothamnus sbaphyllus, also can be very beneficial for stopping desertification. It can be planted in a big quantity easily, which is very useful for cattle farming and firewood supply for people living in areas, where gas pipelines have not been connected yet.
