Molecular study included extraction of DNA from blood samples and amplified by PCR technique then is sequencing for CTLA4 +49A/G (rs231775) SNP to demonstrate the effect of this SNP in CD predisposing. This case control study includes (34) males and (66) females of celiac patients, ages of them range between (1 - 60) years. This study is demonstrate that Anti-tTG IgG is the best and quite accurate than other tests uses and the AG genotype of CTLA4 +49A/G (rs231775) SNP represent as risk factor for affliction with CD.
