STRATEGY FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT INNOVATION POLICIES IN IMPROVING HEALTH SERVICES IN SUKABUMI CITY

This research is motivated by a condition where there is public demand for quality health services, comfortable and oriented to community satisfaction. In addition, the absence of a qualified policy forum in health services has resulted in the ineffective implementation of health service innovation policies in Sukabumi City. Therefore, this study focuses on the strategy of implementing local government innovation policies in improving the quality of health services in the "Cetek" program at Al-Mulk Hospital, Sukabumi City. This study aims to explain the implementation and strategy of local government innovation policies in improving the quality of health services through the "Cetek" program at the Al-Mulk Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Sukabumi City. While the approach used in this research is qualitative through descriptive method. The data collection techniques are literature study, observation, and in-depth interviews. The results of the study found that the implementation of local government innovation policies in health services can be realized through strengthening the principle of compliance through implementor behavior and understanding of the implementor of the policy and the principles of what happens and why through the many actors involved, clarity of objectives, development and complexity of the program, participation of all government units and uncontrollable factors affecting implementation. The strategy of implementing local government innovation policies in improving the quality of health services at Al-Mulk Hospital, Sukabumi City is based on the strategy of adjusting the organizational structure, the strategy of developing and simplifying service procedures, infrastructure development strategies, strategies for developing culture and culture of health services, and strategies for developing independence of health services.
