EFFICIENCY OF APPLICATION OF A COMBINATION OF HERBICIDES AGAINST WEEDS IN COTTON CROPS

The article provides information on the effectiveness of the use of a combination of herbicides Smerch 360 g/l w.s. with Genotref 48 % s.c. and Smerch 360 g/l w.s. with Stop 33% s.c. against annual and perennial weeds in cotton fields under conditions of typical serozem soils of the Tashkent region. The use of the herbicide Smerch at the rate of 6.0 l/ha destroys annual weeds by 13.4-16.2% of perennial weeds by 85.7-89.5%, the use of Genotref and Stop at a rate of 1.5 l/ha when sowing cotton’s seeds destroys annual weeds by 80.6-88.2 %, perennial weeds by 8.57-10.5%.When was used Smerch in the fall at rate (6,0 l/ha) then, Genotref (1,5 l/ha)and Stop(1,5 l/ha) was used with cotton’s seed in sowing time annual weeds was destroyed by 87,1-93,4 % and 88.6-92.6%, as well as perennial weeds was destroyed too by 88.6-92.6 and 86.7-91.6%. According to the experiment, when using a combination of Smerch (6.0 l/ha) with Genotref (1.5 l/ha) and Smerch (6.0 l/ha) with Stop (1.5 l/ha), it was obtained by 5.20-5,40 c/ha of cotton is more than in the control.
